CES Completes Another Commercial Kitchen Installation in DFW for MovieHouse

MovieHouse & Eatery chose Cooking Equipment Specialist (CES) to help with their newest commercial kitchen installation in Flower Mound, Texas.

MovieHouse & Eatery provides both the movie-going entertainment along with the meal. This offers a unique experience for the customer. To accomplish this concept, MovieHouse needed a complete commercial kitchen in each venue. From these kitchens, they can offer an extensive menu to their patrons.

CES Brings Safety and Knowledge to the Install

As part of the installation, CES verified the gas feed was the correct size and installed the required commercial grade gas connections.  CES paired a dormant safety hose connection with an additional SwivelMAX swivel to provide a cleaner installation and reduce stress on the hose.

In addition to the SwivelMAX swivels, CES also installed safety quick disconnects at each appliance feed. This quick disconnect allows one-handed operation when connecting a device to the gas hose and features a standard disconnect with an integrated on/off valve.

This unit comes with two additional safety features. One safety features of this device is it keeps anyone from disconnecting the hose while gas is flowing.  The second safety feature prevents someone from being able to turn the gas on until a hose is connected to the quick disconnect.  Therefore, these two features allow peace of mind and are just one example of the care CES brings to a kitchen installation.

Additional Help:

In addition to installing the kitchen appliances, CES also installed shelving in the walk-in cooler and freezer. Additionally, prep and storage shelving was installed throughout the kitchen. Each theater has a staging area for food staging and dish bussing. Therefore, CES installed individual shelving units in each theater in the food delivery staging area.
