Price Versus Value: Which is better?

We all know money doesn’t grow on trees, right?

In today’s world of instant access and online price shopping, sometimes it makes sense to slow down to examine the overall value of those decisions for your business. CES’s President Scott Hester makes a case for choosing value over price in a Foodservice Equipment and Supplies Magazine article.

In this article, Scott advocated for creating a relationship based on trust and honesty. He believes this relationship will be better for you in the long run.

“It’s very important for the owner of a piece of equipment to trust their service vendor to lead them in the right directions,” Scott said. “That way they can make sound decisions to repair or replace, and to take care of the equipment so it doesn’t shorten its life cycle.”
