Cooking Equipment Specialist Donates Grill to Texas Baptist Men for Disaster Relief Efforts

CES and appliance manufacturer, Electrolux Professional, gave back to the community with a grill donation to Texas Baptist Men (TBM). The donation of the Electrolux grill will directly help the Dallas-local organization with their work serving communities after disasters in Texas and across the country.

Since 1967, TBM has served across the U.S. to provide relief efforts after disasters. Additionally, TBM is the third-largest disaster relief network in the nation. They have helped communities in every natural disaster in Texas. They have also helped during many others around the world such as the Southeast Asia tsunami, Hurricane Katrina, Sept. 11 terrorist attacks and now COVID-19.

“As we’re in the midst of a pandemic and many communities facing other disasters and hardships, it was important to help support an organization like TBM,” CES President, Scott Hester said. “We also believe this Electrolux grill will directly help them provide relief to communities in Texas and across the country.”

“The grill provides a highly mobile, highly effective tool to use in a variety of settings, including after disasters,” Phil Davenport, TBM Warehouse Manager, said. “During disaster relief deployments, a hot meal at the end of the day reminds someone they are loved. This grill will help TBM continue to show the love of Christ to others.”
