Who is CES—Cooking Equipment Specialist, L.L.C. ?

Cooking Equipment Specialist, L.L.C. (CES) of Mesquite, Texas, was formed in 2002, within the RSI brand, to compliment Refrigerated Specialist, Inc., by providing equipment installation, parts & service, and preventative maintenance for commercial foodservice equipment; Specifically hot-side restaurant equipment.

CES serves major restaurant chains and food equipment manufacturers throughout the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex, in addition to North and East Texas. Clients include restaurants, schools, hospitals, office buildings, and others.

We are also an authorized service agent for many of the Manufacturers in the foodservice industry and we have a large inventory of warehouse stock parts.

Certified by the Commercial Food Equipment Service Association (CFESA), CES and RSI have 50 service vehicles, employ over 80 people, and complete approximately 30,000 service calls each year.
